This is a concept design for The Typographics Design Festival. Typographics is a festival with a focus on type throughout design. I began by researching previous festivals to get a feel for how the festival represents itself. Is it serious, colorful, playful, conservative, etc? Quite to my delight, this festival likes to push boundaries, welcomes, color, or even animations. I began by searching through many display fonts to find the right feel. Kenia, the display font, had the right feel or organized chaos. I just felt the potential energy in this font . The full scroll is immediately below.
